Current generation is all about moneymaking and believing in money for every reason to be on top. However, since decades big brothers dominate younger ones in their every matter and not just only in matters of money. People think in different ways but as close relatives such as the relations between siblings that it’s something shocking to know. It was learned that older brothers carry ego and let the younger ones down with their superiority of believes.
Over the years it was also observed that younger ones do emerge as world famous personalities. But, thinking about the struggle the younger siblings go through is far more stiff than believed by the older ones. Big brothers always rubbish the claims of young ones to follow such a way step by step to achieve success. And thus, the young siblings have no option left but to obey what’s been told to them. Not many households have the system of elders dominating the young ones but some do carry still the old tradition. Things should be taken as they come to you by not bothering about your superiority as being elders.
Whenever minor mistakes happens to be done by the younger ones then their elders point out directly without thinking about the outcome. Such minor mistakes should be ignored or taken in a way that benefits the entire family.
Big Brothers Should Think First
For example, a person wants to work in a company just for experience and on a low salary. But, what’s wrong if he’s superior than the job requirement? It helps the company with his better abilities to work and for mutual benefits. The company will be happy to hire him and the person is happy to work for gaining experience. However, this person’s big brothers stop him from doing such jobs and they object so much that this person has to give up. Elder sisters won’t be the hurdles in any person’s life or career. Big brothers dominate young brothers in this scenario of today’s generation widely and almost in 60% of families.
There’s every reason that big brothers do not allow their younger brothers to dominate them in every matter. This is so because as elders they think they’re better according to their mindset carried over since their childhood. During the course of consent of decision making the big brothers play a major role. Their decisions might go wrong later but they twist the matter in their favor by pointing at their younger brothers’ inabilities. They give nod and their decisions are regarded as final decisions so they should think a lot. But, they don’t because of their busy schedule and this affects the careers of the younger brothers.
Taking responsibility to build the career of young brothers is another matter but stopping them from doing what they intend to is wrong. This menace is since generations that it has been happening as the big brothers don’t understand young talent. Talented youngsters are left out from building their career because of the dominance of their elders. And this needs to be stopped.
