Mental Health Challenges Not To Ignore

People are afraid of the challenges that mental health when ignored would be good enough. No, it’s not that way to believe mental health challenges are a part of one’s life and should be ignored. People often afraid to reveal how mentally sick they’re or think not wisely to wait for sometime. Time will not heal mental sickness. Treatments can easily put you away from minor to severe depression and many more mental health challenges. Every disease has treatment including mental sickness. It’s always good to believe that mental sickness such as insomnia, depression, epilepsy, etc. as just another diseases.

Mental sicknesses are not infectious diseases. But mouth to mouth publicity for the awareness of a proper treatment available somewhere often hidden than told to others. People want to know which psychiatrist is the best? And how this mental health challenges would be dealt with. Psychiatrists have so many reasons to say why they’ve so less number of new patients? But it’s not a good sign to hide whatever mental sickness or challenges your one of the family members going through. Psychiatrists are ready to treat mental sickness effectively. Yet, a large number of mental health challenges that people face, end up miserably towards suicides. Last thing many would want to know will be so and so committed suicide. That’s not acceptable.

You might be wondering. However, many or at least 40% of the population affected with some sort of mental health challenges. You’ve to come forward and get treatment for mental sicknesses either if you’re affected or someone else. It’s just another disease, which has treatment. It’s not a taboo anymore.

Medication Is Better Than Suffering

Doctors say it’s good to be on medication and live a happy life than suffering from mental sicknesses, which are common these days. A young man was suffering from depression and all he said about his mental sickness was nothing so clear to his dear ones. No one understood him. This is because in depression how could he manage to say what was his problem. Nobody noticed and someone told him, it’s something called examination fear while he was in preparation of his exams. The young man cannot believe as he was so good in speaking to others before depression struck him badly. He wanted to convince so much that he’s having some problem or something which he couldn’t say. His quietness and confusion that he created to him and to others wasn’t his fault at all.

The young man’s depression increased and since he was in prolong depression, his sickness took a new turn. He was feeling severe headache, which was uncontrollable. Before he would think to do something to get out of the headache, he had to spend 4-6 days in the hospital. His dear one took him and admitted him for the treatment but it was too late. There are many stories of people suffering from depression, insomnia, epilepsy, schizophrenia and so on. In all these cases in which people affected with as many as 95% mentally sick people kill themselves. Control mental health challenges to control the rising number of suicides.

Behavioral Changes

If you find a change of behavior in someone, who’s if hyperactive then ignoring would be better but not the best. But if you know someone, who’s having trouble to speak a word or two and it’s most likely that he’s or she’s in depression then please do not ignore. Don’t think his nervousness would be nothing serious. It’s serious because the guy is suffering most likely from depression. So, get the doctor ready and take him or her to the doctor preferably a psychiatrist. Do this or else he or she would be found hanged or killed after consuming poison.

Many other kinds of mental sicknesses include over-activeness or hyperactivity. Mostly people get frightened to see such behaviors and they rush to the doctors. This hyperactivity is not so worrying than insomnia or depression. However, in hyperactive condition, a patient can be more happy and it would look awkward for you. Also in many cases of hyperactivities, patients become spendthrifts. They give a lot of money as charity and feel too much happy to make others laugh. Still this is not serious than depression and many other mental health challenges.

But if you find such hyperactivity in front of you then you’ll get irritated and you would immediately consult a psychiatrist. This is human mindset, which needs to be changed. Yes if you do so in both cases taking help from the psychiatrist then it’s good. Take care of yourself and your surroundings if you find people suffering from mental health challenges. Don’t ignore change of behaviors particularly of those, who are affected with depression. Depression always keeps the patient isolated from gatherings and he or she would take some extreme step after spending their time all alone for hours everyday.
