Depression Affects People Severely After Sleepless Hard Work Too

You don’t need to work too hard in your studies or even more in your work without having at least 4 hour of sleep. This 4 hour sleep everyday would not be sufficient but it helps you take a long sleep at someday every week. This fulfills your sleep requirement but you’ll not be in proper sleeping cycle. So resting for about two hours or more would help. Working hard in anxiousness to fulfill workload requirement often leads to depression. Depression affects people severely after prolong sleepless nights or days. A little care would avoid you suffer from depression.

Waking up at late nights in fear of completing your project never helps you. You’ll end up even not having adequate sleep for days or weeks. It’s better to sleep early in the nights. Do something good everyday in order to feel not guilty when you hit the bed early. So, your good manners and good behavior always helps you to have some better sleep. It’s good to have some fun rather than working hard all day to end up sleepless during nights. You’ll be often annoyed and in negative thoughts, once you work hard without bothering about resting or sleeping sufficiently. This will lead to depression or other mental sickness.

Avoid Friends Abusing You

Do every bit to enjoy your food. Don’t leave yourself in a state, where your food love decreases and you won’t like eating. Eating good food, which you like the most helps whether veg or non veg. Make the food tasty to give you some joy of eating, so that you can have some kind of rest. If you don’t have time to walk after eating then do sit relaxed without doing any work to feel the joy, which would be a bit long-lasting.

Keep yourself away from people or friends, who abuse or tease you when you know you’re working hard and have less sleep than them. Learn to ignore such people and mind your own business not to affect your health. If depression affects people severely then it would end up to cause several other mental sickness.

It’s better to avoid friends, who abuse you than trying to mingle with them, when you’ve a day’s off in a week to rest. Don’t try to bother your siblings or relatives and avoid them in case they keep hurting you. Your studies or working hard is necessary but not indispensable to spoil your health.

Working hard is good when you keep taking rest and some sleep. Sleep keeps you healthy. You also need to know some people oversleep and still are away from mental sickness but their blood pressure will become low. That’s too a health problem. But keeping oneself happy to keep working or studying in a better way always helps to avoid mental sickness or depression.
