FAKE RAILWAY CUM METRO JOB CHEATING RACKET PROMISING STUDENTS RAILWAY JOBS – CHEATER ARRESTED BY SOT MALKAJGIRI ZONE RACHAKONDA COMMISSIONERATE
On credible information, the sleuths of SOT Malkajgiri Zone Rachakonda along with Medipally Police apprehended the absconding Kakaraparthi Surendra. Criminal’s wife Nagalakshmi and Suresh for indulging in job cheating racket also arrested. The racket used to promise students railway jobs and metro jobs through backdoor entry process. Collected amount about more than 1.5 Crore seized. It was learned in their possession were fake ID proofs, 3 four wheelers, government job offer letters and mobile phones, etc.

- Kakaraparthi Bhagya Lakshmi W/o K. Nagabhushanam, Age: 60 years, Occ: Household, R/o: H.No.11-17, Afzal Road, Madhira, Khammam (Absconding)

Brief facts of the job cheating racket case:
Kakaraparthi Surendra is a native of Madhira, Khammam District. He discontinued studies after 10th class and was working in private jobs. In the year 2012, he cheated his friends by collecting 12 lakh rupees to provide them gold biscuits by procuring from his friends for cheaper rate at London and was absconding. In this regard a case in crime No. 140/2018 U/S 420, 406 IPC was registered against him and his mother in Madhira Town Police Station. Since then he was absconding from Khammam.
He came to Hyderabad Uppal area in the year 2013 and was working as Private car driver and changed his name as Putta Suresh Reddy to conceal his original name Kakaraparthi Surendra. Through his source at Secunderabad area he prepared fake Aadhar card, Pan card and Election card as his identity. Further, he opened bank accounts in ICICI bank Uppal Branch and HDFC bank Nagole branch by submitting fake Aadhar, Pan cards.
Surendra, who collected about 2 Crore rupees from students, invested this huge money in his business. He opened Om Sai Travels at Uppal by purchasing four wheeler vehicles. He also opened private Om Security service office at Uppal area, which is still operating. Also he invested money in a canteen at Jedcherla by investing about 25 lakhs in purchasing goods. He purchased one flat on his mother’s name at Boduppal area, worth 40 lakhs. Also he spent money in purchasing costly household articles and for his lavish life style.
Culprit arrested
As pressure mounting on Surendra to return back their money by students and all of a sudden in the month of June, he along with his wife escaped from Boduppal area and switched off all his mobile numbers. Since then his whereabouts were not known. Subsequently, when the students approached Medipally Police in October month a case was registered against Surendra, his wife and others. After making sincere efforts he was arrested today at early hours on receiving information that he came to his flat for shifting the articles.
Investigation in progress for apprehension of other absconding accused persons and for recovery of the property.
Appeal to the students not to believe anyone who approaches them of providing Government jobs. Railways, Metro and other department jobs not to be applied without examination and through backdoor entry. Do not pay money to them. If anybody receives any information they should bring to the notice of the concerned Police Station immediately.
