However, two sparrows spotted at the entrance of the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Hyderabad on Sunday. Sparrows not seen in the city for many years, and as long as more than 30 years to be precise. In the olden days as old as during the early 1980s, sparrows used to enter homes, and make sounds. Just come and go. No nests at homes were used to be built either by the little birds.
A rare species at present because no where in Hyderabad, these birds seen. However, fortunately the sparrows are still there. Somewhere away near not so polluted places. The places like airports and farms have two different stories. Due to the pandemic many rare birds, which disappeared long-back coming in the sight of the people. Animals like squirrels and chameleons also disappeared. The reason for this post is to bring in to the minds of the people that sparrows still do exist. Most people maybe missing, but have forgotten.
