Hyderabad Police registered case against Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday. His abusing words on Congress leader and Wayanad Member of Parliament Rahul Gandhi reported as derogatory remarks.
Hyderabad Police registered case based on the complaint by Malkajgiri MP and Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President Anumula Revanth Reddy. The Jubilee Hills Hyderabad Police sought legal advice and did so accordingly against Mr. Sarma under Sections 504 and 505. Sections 504 is intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace. Section 505 is under the statement creating or promoting enmity, hatred or ill-will between classes: Indian penal code.
Earlier, Telangana State Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) said the central govt keeps on dividing people. The BJP do not know how to serve the people.
