The Telangana govt shields footpaths with heavy rods of fixed separation from the roads. Here, one side of the road separated with and the other side ignored. The plan was to support pedestrians, irrespective of all the small shops to suffer or not. But in both ways, pedestrians and small shops suffering currently because of shielding or separation. Small shop owners having tough time even the money making pan shop owners. When people also restricted from walking through the footpaths then there’s no need for the separation. With a heavy shield, the separation is from the road to the footpaths, where still you can find small businesses on the other side. The govt can’t notice this, but it’s our duty to let the govt know. The disadvantages to all comes since Telangana govt shields footpaths. Also, not letting free passage to the pedestrians and smooth operation of small shops.
This is disappointing to know. This is so because the separation on one side of the road although looks good, but walking people can’t walk because of small businesses.
