The 33 year old Shan Masood will be the second best to be included in the T20 World Cup squad. Shan Masood is technically sound left handed batter, who can play at a higher strike-rate to strengthen Pakistan’s weak middle-order. In the bowling department’s perspective, Naseem Shah would not be dropped. Cheers for the young man, who had just one bad game, the final of the Asia Cup 2022.

Third will be whom

Coming back to the last and third player, who would replace which other player? Remember T20 Asia Cup just concluded and India also did few changes. It’s Pakistan, who is looking better and better on paper. And as said earlier, Muhammad Hasnain, Hasan Ali, and Fakhar Zaman are the 3 players, who would be left out.

So, Shaheen Shah Afridi coming in. Shan Masood coming in, and Mohammad Wasim Jr coming back. Wasim Jr is a very good allrounder. He missed the Asia Cup, but he’s also fit. So, why not say, Pakistan getting better and better again on paper, but any team can challenge Pakistan’s poor fielding. These three changes can make Pakistan favorite in the T20 World Cup.
