A win against Bangladesh for India is round the corner to collect 2 more points. However, if Pakistan loses tomorrow’s T20 World Cup match against South Africa, will be officially out of the tournament. And then it’s not what India wanted will get this time; and a bit unlike the last 2021 T20 World Cup.

In 2021, in similar circumstance, Pakistan was on top and thrashed India, went on to make in the Semis more easily. India is more likely to make in the semis in this T20 World Cup than Pakistan. But again, anything can happen because it would be tough for all the three contenders.

A big win for Pakistan against South Africa still would keep Pakistani cricket fans happy. And then it would be what India wanted will get this time. But Pakistan will come in between either South Africa or India to not let one of them reach the Semis. That’s possible and also India will not play New Zealand in the semis if India makes into, by winning two games. That’s again what India wanted.

Earlier, Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan said: “We didn’t come here to win the World Cup. India come here to win the World Cup. If Bangladesh beats India, then it would be an upset”. This shows how clear it could be seen that India is up against Bangladesh. A win tonight will be too much good and a semi final berth very near for India.
