Right here, you would know that what a Doctor, a urologist told to me. “Smoking is just a stimulant for people, who smoke for just every other reason”. When I asked 64 year old Doctor to quit smoking as I was also looking forward to. What he replied, would definitely surprise you.

He said although smoking is injurious to health and also it’s too late for him to quit. So, you should quit smoking at a very young age. Why not? Lots of health issues arise due to smoking. You would lose stamina, catch cancer, heart and arteries diseases, and also lung infections. Definitely there would be some annoying pain in the back of your thigh.

You would be surprised to know what and when I asked this urologist, a 64 year old Doctor. He says, if I would be so keen to quit smoking then it’s good for me to quit. I would in few years time would be as healthy as a nonsmoker.

Smoking is a major cause for most heart attacks and sudden deaths for people of age even less than 35. One would regret a lot since smoking becomes a never-give-up type of a habit. Smoking is highly injurious to health. Many or too many health issues, a smoker can go through if he or she never quits at a very young age. What about the oldies? He quipped in a way, which ‘smothered’ me.

“I feel a heart attack with a sudden death would be fine for me. But if I quit smoking now, I would go through with severe cough, and also end up bedridden or in coma before leaving this world. My family would be left serving me all the time for everything, which I can’t do myself. Not even I would be able to take a shower myself”.

These words left me in awe and immediately I tried to quit smoking because I’m too young to do this now than later to regret more. I’m happy still by smoking just a few cigarettes per day. That’s it.
