Real estate is evergreen in India. People who might be educated or not, and from any background, having enough money can easily become builders or developers. They would, but mostly they fail. They cheat their clients and so on. However, graduates even from Engineering background are fedup of joblessness and are on a low pay construction jobs. They’re so hardworking that they forget, where they’re heading towards. They keep working, having good qualifications, but as supervisers, or assistants in any construction company.
An agitated worker, who applied in a FIRM called DreamView Properties, told us that it’s of no value. He is an Engineer and was an aspiring quality manager, and holds quality management diploma ceriticate too besides his bachelors in civil engineering.
Somehow he left his earlier very good job as a quality manager, and to do masters in quality management. But due to short of financial support, he wanted to earn and then do fulfil his dream. He joined DreamView Properties, and wasn’t quite given any task in quality management. He was in fact working as a supervisor. Nobody cared him and he was of no value. Sitll frustrated Saeed Ahmed, working to EARN some money. But he couldn’t realize that he’s an Engineer too. However, he couldn’t stop himself, working as a supervisor.
Many graduates like him are stuck in the low pay construction jobs. They’re so much educated that, it looks very sorry to see them working on a low paid jobs in the office or on the site in the sunlight for a living.
