PRESS NOTE OVER HARASSMENT OF CHILDREN: Read to know, how big is the crime of culprits, who harassed Children this way.
On 05.10.2020 at 0700 hours on credible information regarding child labor stinky business in Errakunta, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The SHO Balapur along with his staff conducted raid with assistance of Sri A. Venkateshwarlu, State Coordinator. And with Bachpan Bachavo Andolan, NGO, Sri Naresh, Child line coordinator and Sri N. Nageshwar Rao, CWC Member, Ranga Reddy District.
Also along with Balapur Police at three bangle making houses situated nearby Pink palace. And in presence of two mediators and rescued 20 children from the hands of criminals.
The children were told lied and enticed to be brought for doing work by paying some money to their parents. And by taking advantage of their poor financial status and exploiting them for work as slaves. Also detaining them in the stinky houses, locked from outside.
Crime No. 519/2020 U/sec 370(a), 374 IPC, Sec 79 of JJ Act 2015, Sec, 14(1) of Child Labour Act 1986 & Sec 18 of Bonded Labour Act 1986 of Balapur Police Station, Rachakonda.

Brief History:
The accused A1 to A4 are running small bangle manufacturing factory at Errakunta, Balapur Mandal by taking houses for rent. Further to do the work of their bangle manufacturing, the accused A1 to A4 have exploited children from Bihar State. And with the help of A5 for employment by inducing their parents and giving little amount to them. And brought 20 Children to Hyderabad.
And exploited the children for manufacturing of bangles at their respective manufacturing units from morning 6 AM to 11 PM. Also without giving rest to them, kept them in the houses. And by not allowing them to move freely or go outside. The accused locked the house from outside and also they were providing the food, which was stinking with a very bad odor.
Also they kept all the children in the congested room in inhuman condition. And all the children were treated as slaves. The accused A1 to A4, and the accused A1 to A5 have as such committed big offence.
On 05.10.2020 the accused A1 to A5 are arrested and being produced before the Hon’ble court for judicial custody.
