Swiggy is most successful business and Millions of customers are now feeling the heat as food they receive lacks quality. Restaurants are playing games with Swiggy. Their game hits the customers waiting at their home to taste something good by paying through card or cash on delivery. What the restaurants started doing is their bestseller food items will be made available anytime by keeping them handy. And as soon as the Swiggy delivery boys reach the restaurants, they handover them with the already prepared food.
Don’t go by the Swiggy App, which says food is being prepared instead the food is already prepared and kept by the restaurants. Swiggy delivery boys approach usually in a hurry to the restaurants and this affects the online customers, who wait at home.
What’s more shocking is that the customers at home get what they want and they simply let the Swiggy boys leave them. They even do not check how’s the food and carry on with opening the package and get disappointed. This way after having not so tasty food they go to the Swiggy App and give bad rating to the restaurants, it was learned. However, Swiggy doesn’t bother to instruct the restaurants for their this kind of behavior. Operation goes on and customers move to Zomato and from there back to Swiggy. Thus, the food you get by sitting at home is lazier than you could be. Better to have home made food than spoil our health this way.
