Lyon becomes Lion, but…
India still have four batters to play just a bit of a role by scoring some runs. India lost 4 wickets early in the morning and before lunch. However, Nathan Lyon becomes lion for Australia to pick all 4 wickets that fell in quick time as India still clueless.
India lost their 4 wickets without even reaching 70 odd runs. But Australia is not yet on the driver’s seat. Aussies are fighting with no reviews left. They lost all their reviews just too early. Virat Kohli at the crease would cheer and take advantage over there because of no reviews left for Australia.
Ravindra Jadeja joins Virat Kohli and a partnership building up. The game not all over for India as Australia looks for every ball a wicket taking ball. This game plan would work in favor of lower order India batters including Kohli and Jadeja.
India were 76/4 off 30 overs, nicely bowled by slow bowlers including the solo seam bowler Pat Cummins. Battling hard, India needs to play out the second session by at least not losing more than just 2 wickets. It’s tough, but India would definitely comeback in the game.
Rock Solid, Virat Kohli again trying hard to rescue India as India trail still by too many runs. Another 150 odd runs more would bring back India in the game. Ravichandran Ashwin and Axar Patel would love to play slow bowlers and then it would be a tussle.
