Vodafone Women literacy program to educate Women

Good to know that Vodafone mobile service provider giant started a noble program. Vodafone foundation’s another important role at present is for women empowerment. To initiate literacy for women, the Director P Balaji of Vodafone foundation met India’s Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu. He told Mr Naidu to cooperate in implementing the initiative to launch women literacy program to empower Indian women.

The Vice President of  India in a conversation to Director of Vodafone Foundation P Balaji was pleased with this step. This happened during a conclave on empowering women through financial literacy. This was organized by Vodafone Foundation and Learning Links Foundation.

To Celebrate one year of literacy program in Hyderabad, the event was organised on Friday 19th April.
