How to keep fitness at peak level

Fitness is key to keep even your minor sicknesses away and the reasons to be fit are plenty. Some wants to be fit for the sake of their work and some for running their business effectively. Others just want to enjoy their life with their fitness and keep working on it.

Every man and woman at the time they reach their forties, want to make others feel they’re still young. It’s good that everyone wants to express being young in any age after reaching their forties. Some men even after crossing 60 look very young and that makes them feel better.

To keep your fitness at peak level, you need to keep yourself busy all the time. Sleep not more than 7 hours per day and get up early. In the early morning do some simple exercise. If you’re a Muslim then pray your early morning Fajr prayer as soon as you get up from your bed. Have your breakfast and just walk for fifteen minutes at any place inside your home or outdoors.

Take your lunch and go to washroom then walk for a while after passing urine or emitting anything else. Keep your body clean by taking showers twice a day. Even some little amount of urine is there in the bladder beware to dispose it off. Make sure not to drink water immediately after your meals. Wait for at least 10 minutes even if you feel thirsty then drink some good quantity of clean water.

Always drink lots of water when you hit the bed. Drink more water at bed time if you feel hungry again. When you feel hunger at midnight do not eat anything instead drink lots of water and try to sleep.

However, after consuming any nutritious food you need to stand for a while or walk then drink water. Nutritious food is good for health and it’s better to lose lots of wait. This way and much more as per your thoughts you can target your fitness to look young.
