The Allahabad High Court issued a notice to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He was held guilty on a petition challenging his election from Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency. The case was filed by former Border Security Force constable Tej Bahadur Yadav. His nomination papers were deliberately rejected in May. Narendra Modi issued notice to appear in court is just unbelievable. Isn’t it?
However, Justice MK Gupta will be hearing in this matter on August 21. Yadav criticized that his nomination papers had been rejected on the basis of BJP power. And hence he now demands the two time champion Narendra Modi for the PM seat to be removed. Furthermore, he said that Modi’s seat should be declared null and void.
Mr Yadav had already admitted that he was dismissed from service even though he was right. Later, when he reportedly did what was required, he was told to produce no objection paper. Election Commission riding on Narendra Modi’s power had ordered Yadav to produce a no-objection certificate from the BSF. He then produced it and again filed a case against Narendra Modi been Prime Minister of India in his first year. Modi is continuously playing games and after gaining power again for another five years, he was found guilty.
Fact is that can Narendra Modi resign from his Prime Minister’s post as suggested to him? It will be again a breach of leadership qualities when Modi will be found in the court to fight in favor of his seat.
