Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi is against the Triple Talaq bill and said he will object to it throughout his life. In Lok Sabha Mr Asaduddin Owaisi also explained that the Triple Talaq bill has been criminalized by the government. On the other hand, by giving quotes of section 14, section 21, section 26, and 29, he blamed the Indian government. Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi claimed that Indian government is not against several crimes but against Triple Talaq.

He was furious over Triple Talaq matter in Indian constitution as they have no right to highlight it as it’s Islamic matter. “They allowed Adultery, homosexuality and various practices and speak ill about Triple Talaq, which they don’t understand”, he lamented. Asaduddin Owaisi also told that criminalizing Triple Talaq is itself a crime. “If any Muslim by mistake says Triple Talaq then the divorce will be null and void”, he further added. “If you arrest the husband of the divorced wife for example and put him in jail then who will take care of the maintenance of his wife”, he questioned.

Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi congratulated the Indian government sarcastically and said “very good you’re indeed making a new India”.

According to Islam, divorce is the most hated legal action that a Muslim takes up. So, by giving various examples Mr Asaduddin raised his voice in the Lok Sabha. The Barrister also said that Indian non Muslims cannot teach Islam to the Indian Muslims. Furthermore, he said that not to mix Muslims with the Muslims of all the Islamic countries. Muslims are Indians and they will remain as Indians forever.

It’s then delightful to know that Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi talks about Triple Talaq successfully at least in Lok Sabha. His lone battle in the parliament continues. As he’s the one, who speaks in the favor of the minority with secularism in his mind always.

This case will move further on and it will then be regarded as null and void.
