The Supreme Court with new bench and repeated petitions filed against BJP by the SC layers will do justice specifically. SC will not listen to BJP for their requests as SC already favored BJP by the previous bench. The previous bench of Judges favored BJP in cases of Triple Talaq and Babri Masjid. Babri Masjid was given by the SC to the BJP for constructing Ram Temple.
Reports indicate that SC will not listen to any requests from any political party if requests are against Constitution. The Supreme Court declared the Constitution as an institution of India. SC will follow the rules rightly and make their decisions justifying with proves.
The appeal from BJP to stop the protests against Citizenship laws was recently rejected by the SC. Indians have the right to protest so they’re protesting as Citizens of India. Here, comes another question if they’re protesting as Citizens of India then where from BJP wants them to prove their Citizenship?
“Naa Ji Naa, Aadhar Card to Bilkul bhi Nahi, Passport aur Voter id bhi nahi chalta”. (No, Aadhar card will not be acceptable along with passport and Voter id). Amit Shah told earlier in a press conference. But, how the govt is ruling the Country when Voter id is not acceptable? Well, this question is nothing new as it has been debated since a long time.
When comes the Citizenship laws to be addressed by SC then BJP will be under deep trouble. SC will not listen to whatever requests and methods BJP carries out. Wait for some time and know that in couple of years BJP will be wiped off.
