Today the Hyderabad team of Excise Enforcement party on reliable information to took strict action. It was regarding illegal possession and sale of Dry Ganja in the vicinity of Bayyamma Galli, Tilak Nagar, Hyderabad. EEP intercepted two wheelers while exchanging a cover of Dry Ganja. And Seized total (1.2) Kgs of Dry Ganja from the possession of Koushaliya Manoj Singh S/o. K Deva Singh. And Kakarla Mahesh Daniel Reddy S/o Mahesh Reddy. Also Gopishetty Venkata Sai Shashank S/o. G Srinivas.
EEP seized two Honda Activas, viz, No. AP 11 S 9960. And another Honda Activa’s no. is TS 09 FF 3562, which were used in the transportation of Dry Ganja. Seized also three mobile phones.
On further enquiry Manoj Singh revealed that one person by name Srujan Kumar is supplying said seized Dry Ganja. And he along with his sister Koushaliya Gaythri (Absconding) are selling the Ganja to the needy customers. On further enquiry K. Daniel Reddy revealed that on the instructions of Srujan Kumar he and Shashank delivered Ganja. And also revealed that there were stocks of Dry Ganja at Srujan Kumar’s Residence at Vidyanagar, Hyderabad.

Immediately, the Hyderabad team (EEP) raided the house at Lalitha Nagar Colony, Vidya Nagar, Hyderabad and seized (20) Kgs of Dry Ganja packed in (10) packets. These were stored in a Gunny Bag from the possession of K Srujan Kumar S/o K Prem Kumar.
On enquiry Srujan Kumar revealed that he brought Dry Ganja from one person by name Subba Rao R/o. Donkarai, Seeleru, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh State @ Rs.1,500/- (Per Kg). And he was selling the same to the following persons @ Rs 2,500/- per Kg.
1) Manoj Singh and his sister Gayathri R/o. Tilak Nagar, Hyderabad.
2) Durgesh Singh S/o, Prakash Sing, R/o. Magra, Upper Dhoolpet, Hyderabad,
3) Lakhan Singh R/o. Mangalhat, Hyderabad and
4) Vicky R/o. Lalapet, Secunderabad.
4 accused persons arrested are Koushaliya Manoj Singh, K. Daniel Reddy, Gopishetty Venkata Sai Shashank. And K Srujan Kumar. The Hyderabad Team arrested all four on the spot. The original case papers along with four accused persons, seized contraband and drawn samples; handed over to Prohibition & Excise Inspector, SHO Kachiguda to take necessary action.
These raids were conducted as per the directions of N.A. Ajay Rao Joint Commissioner of Excise Hyderabad. And under the direct supervision of N. Anjireddy, AES Enforcement and P. Narender CI, Nazeer Hussain SI, Bhaskarreddy, Azeem, Sreedhar HCs Prakash, Rakesh Sreekanth, Sai, Gopal Constables. All participated in the raids.
