More than 1.8 crore Indians have left India to various foreign countries. Between January 2022 and November 2022, almost 2 crore Indians left India, but shockingly, 2 Million talented Indians also left India when compared to 77.2 lakh Indians in the entire 2021. Data from MHA’s Bureau of Immigration (BOL) shows quite differently and needs to be believed. However, highly talented families with their children having creative abilities also left India worry economists.
The reason to migrate are quite simple for some, the better unconfused lives and bright future. This would keep Indian employers to hunt for highly talented individuals from India to work for them in the coming few years. The economy in India looks in bad shape. More from the latest data shows that no quick-hiring process going on in India. It’s likely that more highly talented people from India would leave the country for a better life.
The agony to hire talented work-force would be felt from the year 2024. Every other Indian, who left India in the last 12 months say that “let’s leave India”. What’s more disappointing case is that Indians leaving their citizenship and becoming the premiers in foreign countries.
A positive report says that since more Indians leaving India to various other countries, foreign remittance would increase a lot, which would benefit the economy. However, not so for a long-term. If foreign remittance increases more as it increased a lot since the last 12 months, foreign investments would decrease. There would be a huge impact or affect on India’s economy due to decrease in foreign investments.
Economists worry that there would be no more “tech-words”, which mostly middleclass Indians say as “bright future”. This “bright future” wouldn’t be possible in few years for the middleclass. This would trouble middleclass a lot as the optimistic class (from middleclass) rely more to apply for good jobs for their “bright future” in India. India would not likely to provide jobs even to the deserving candidates.
This state of India would be so much worrisome that every Indian or NRI should know. However or in whatever way NRIs help the poor people or their poor relatives residing in India would then backfire India’s economy in sometime. 2 million talented Indians or more would likely to migrate to other countries in the year 2023.
