Always Wait for Salah times this way to get benefits that can help you more

Salah times should be recorded in your minds and hearts. No waste of time until you hear the Azaan that when you realize to pray your Salah. Get up early in the morning. And go to the Toilet and sit until you know the time of Fajr Salah that arrives inevitably. Take some milk or tea and offer your Fajr Salah. And then again after finishing Fajr Salah do read Quran before you go to the Toilet.

Come back from the Toilet and if you’re working from home then sleep for a while and get up and start your work from home. But always wait for Salah times not for the Azaan to make you react to the extent that you’ll most likely miss your prayers.

If you stop working or talking on phone when you listen the Azaan then these things will be in your mind. And you’ll be in thoughts of work and phone call when you offer prayers after listening Azaan. So, be calm and always wait for Salah times and do not always depend on the Azaan during this COVID-19.

You can do your breakfast before starting your work from home or sit or walk for a while if you’re not working. Then again do your lunch and go to the Toilet and sit for long time and then pray Zuhr. This way you’ll have enough food in your tummy before offering the prayers. Salah times have to be organized well because of the situation of praying at homes.

Always wait for next Salah and that will be Asr. Go to the Toilet and sit for long time and come back to do Wuzu (ablution) again. Until Asr Salah or Asr prayer you need to visit your Toilet for about 6 to 7 times. This way you’ll be clean enough. Have some snacks and finishing off with the Toilet again do Wuzu and offer Maghreb prayer.

Always wait for Salah times as you reach Isha’an Salah or prayer you need to again finish off your dinner. And then go to Toilet and come back and do Wuzu and offer the Isha’an Salah. Do this even if you work from home or jobless. You’ll be fit and healthy. Slim and calm.
