Islamic Scholars told that Indian Muslims cannot declare Jihad in their own Country and advised Muslims to defend only. Defending oneself and his family including innocent neighbors is itself known as Jihad. Neighbors should be saved whether they’re Muslims or not. And no Muslim should attack any Non Muslim if he’s unarmed. Muslims need to protect Women and Children of any community. Indian Muslims cannot declare Jihad because Islam does not allow them to do so as per Islamic Scholars.
They can defend and fight against the attackers even if they know they’ll be killed. But, they shouldn’t be afraid of the enemies even if the enemies are larger in numbers.
Muslims need to leave some of the attackers if they’re helpless and plead to get saved. All Muslims in India should prefer to forgive the attackers if they get defeated in the battle. No Muslim in India should raise or incite other Muslims to declare Jihad. Jihad means “to struggle” and this word should be elaborated righteously.
A Muslim can keep himself or herself away from sins in the name of Jihad. It means that fighting against committing sins is also known as Jihad.
Every Muslim in India should keep patience and ask the Almighty to get saved. Further, Muslims should protect their own Country along with Non Muslims. They should fight for justice to prevail in the Country. If a Muslim flees away from the attackers and hides for safety then this is not wrong. Thus, Indian Muslims cannot declare Jihad in their own Country and live as believers of the Almighty. And prefer to depend only upon Almighty’s mercy.
