PM Imran Khan tops Time’s most influential people list for his peace efforts

Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has been among Time magazine’s ‘100 Most Influential People’ of 2019. Imran Khan tops the list along with New Zealand’s Premier Jacinda Ardern. Jacinda, who received kudos globally after her influential work when Muslims killed in Mosques by terrorist in New Zealand.

“Pakistan was at critical crossroads, and the man in charge at present is close to a rock star,” journalist Ahmed Rashid wrote. The journalist claimed that Imran Khan can bring change to Pakistan with his peace efforts globally. Imran Khan can turn Pakistan around and can make Asia an ocean of peace.

Egyptian footballer Mohamed Salah also included on the list along with singers Ariana Grande and Lady Gaga. Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and former US first lady Michelle Obama also named in the list.

PM Imran Khan was the most successful captain of Pakistan during his cricket career. He was one of the finest cricket player, Pakistan ever had and the cricket world. Mr Imran Khan was an innovative cricket player, and only he introduced reverse swing in cricket. He was also involved in motivating and training his cricket team players. Imran Khan also created ball tampering to gain bowling impetus and was stopped from doing so. However, he won that case and was let free.
