Surprisingly today Hyderabad witnessed unseasonable rainfall, which affected many parts of the City. Toli Chowki showed damaging looks as vehicles got stuck while moving on rains. Sudden rainfall stopped people from travelling. Power cuts happened and people were left cold as they were deprived of watching IPL match. Punjab and Chennai IPL cricket match’s smooth viewing was spoiled by the sudden rainfall.
Cricket fans in Hyderabad had to wait a lot as the electricity department refused to listen complaints. Power supply was stopped thrice on Saturday during the IPL cricket match. Everything brought to a standstill as roads were filled with water all around and Toli Chowki’s roads in particular.
People had to cancel their outdoor programs and those on the roads couldn’t reach home on time.
