Many Haleem outlets in Hyderabad look quite, and bearing huge losses. Pista House recorded a slow start for their Haleem sales but they feel they can bounce back. Yet some famous Haleem restaurants for take away and dining in also showed lukewarm response from their customers. Their sales were shocking to know this Ramadan 2019. Keeping alarming decline in the sales for the Hyderabad’s most famous dish, many Haleem giants including Shah Ghouse felt disappointed. More so, Sarvi, 555 and others also doing wait and watch game as Haleem sales this year are horrible.
It was interesting to know that people of Hyderabad this year are busy in visiting their relatives and doing Ramadan shopping. Majority of Muslims this year keeping the mosques full and are seen praying five times. Apart from their busy schedule, the Hyderabad people also trying to understand the Holy books in this month of Ramadan. The Holy Quran recitation is an important period of time during their busy schedule and they are preferring to do what’s the main course.
Muslims in Mosques seen spending more time and having home made food on regular basis. This might be the reason for Haleem sales put on hold. Only time will tell a different story as Muslims are engaged in activities of their liking.
