Narendra Modi lifted by media as Baahubali to lift India

For every reason there’s celebrations across India including the media saying Narendra Modi as Baahubali. How long the television media exaggerate big wins to the biggest when since 2014, they have been singing the tunes of BJP? It’s not the question of making people believe what they want people to believe in. But there’s something that bothers Indians about the language of television media. There’s a question that arises as television news media needs to be renamed as news entertainment channels.

Unnecessary Exaggeration by Media

It’s good that media wants people to know what’s happening but their way of presenting looks awkward. Previously the media termed Narendra Modi as a man with 56 inch repeatedly. What’s this 56 inches are? where you can find in the body of Narendra Modi? He is a politician and wants to lead India and remain as most popular person like the Bollywood actors if it’s wrongly said about PM Narendra Modi. We are forced to say him so because he never objects the media when he gets super praises.

However, now after projecting him as 56 inch man, the media now calling him Baahubali. He is human being like everyone else, who fought hard to improve his image and took a top seat in Indian politics. Why exaggerate a human being to be as powerful such that he can lift India on his shoulders? This form entertainment by media not necessary at all and that too from the news channels.

Hyper Media

Few months back poor Indian pilot Abhinandan Varthaman, who was let free by Pakistan was called by media as super hero. This was bizarre. Wake up Indian media now. The time has come for the media and the journalists to speak well and with sense. No matter you create fake news, the people does not like to see television news channels for entertainment. They want to know what’s happening in India and abroad. Many of the Indians miss their family members, who live as NRIs in other parts of the world. It’s a petty that the coverage of the media is now limited to India only and to some extent they speak about Pakistan.

People of India comes to know about what’s happening around the world through social media and that might turn out as fake. Then media acts while the news becomes viral to show that that’s fake. Why don’t the television media apologize for their mistakes if their previous news happens to be untrue?

Politics is not limited to politicians only as such the Indians get affected by media politics as well.
