FATF: How India failed to put Pakistan in blacklist of FATF?

India tried their best in the FATF (Financial Action Task Force) to put Pakistan under trouble of blacklist. However, Turkey, China and Malaysia supported Pakistan to keep away the country from blacklist.

Enmity is always not sure of the intentions that keep the two countries India and Pakistan have. Pakistan’s Prime Minister says about new Pakistan and works for the progress of the nation. But, India’s PM Narendra Modi is all set to finish Pakistan’s hopes of growing in fast pace. India wants Pakistan to be destroyed as the kind of enmity that only blood relatives have if they fail to fulfill what’s required.

Since October 18, 2019 Pakistan was keeping their hopes alive to be in the white list. No support from the countries were of benefit than a few like Turkey, China and Malaysia. It was noted that India is not only the enemy of Pakistan’s PM Imran Khan but also of the Pakistanis because of this Kashmir is in trouble.

Within four days of Oct 18, Pakistan over FATF was issued a warning that they should fix terrorists activities in four months. It’s again a long battle for Pakistan and the people of Kashmir are yelling for help from Pakistan. Imran Khan says those Pakistanis, who want war with India are not only the enemies of Kashmir people but also of Pakistan.

At least Pakistan is in the grey list, which also disappointed Imran Khan that only three countries came forward. Further, he believes that terrorism is no more in Pakistan and money laundering issues has been sorted out. Yet, FATF could not give Pakistan a clean chit. However, India is still in adverse situation as they failed to put Pakistan blacklisted in FATF.
