Pakistan’s new vaccine for typhoid is an effort to combat the fatal disease. It’s an important breakthrough in medical world. Scientists in Pakistan have come with vaccination as a precaution for typhoid. This is a best step taken for curing the disease affected patients. This means that people won’t get typhoid after vaccinated for the dreadful disease. 

Recently, the same country also was affected with dengue fever cases, alarmingly on rise. Pakistan and India have more number of dengue affected deaths than any other country. However, Pakistan’s failure to treat the dengue patients for recovery has been highlighted on Pakistan media recently. 

It was on Nov 15 that Pakistan successfully introduced a vaccine for typhoid. Pakistan’s health officials said that an outbreak of an extensive drug-resistant typhoid began in Nov 2016.

The Sindh province has been largely affected with this disease. The disease has to be pushed back with efforts that started since Nov 2016. 

Thus, Pakistan’s new vaccine could be helpful for many other Asian countries including India. These Asian countries affected with increase of typhoid patients every year. With this breakthrough, Pakistan became the first in the world to come up with vaccination for typhoid.

Doctors in Pakistan are happy with the new typhoid vaccine. They said, it’s better for the future of Pakistan to fight against various diseases. Once, children get vaccinated at an early age then there will be no fear of becoming victims of the disease. It will be good if Pakistan comes up with another vaccine for dengue fever. This will not be possible as dengue fever affects people from mosquito bites. So, it’s required that Pakistan should work upon eliminating mosquitoes.
