Do not oversleep

You can’t step out of your home during the lockdown even by following all the necessary precautions. Step out a bit, just in your garden at your home for some fresh air. Walk around the garden or just sit outside of your home with a cup of tea. Reading an interesting book of your favorite author or sitting under the sun for a while also will make you feel better. Keep ready all your favorite food and fruits. Also make sure you’ve enough physical activity even if you’re working from home.

Don’t think a lot, but be in touch with your friends and relatives. They’ll talk to you whenever they’ll be free and here comes your end of the day, where you need to have enough sleep.

Do not oversleep, and do try to get up as usual and do try to sleep at your usual time. Lockdown takes away your quality time with your friends, but you can still call your friends for a while. It’s always good to maintain a proper schedule. Limit yourself to maintain good habits. So don’t just fall in excessive eating, smoking or drinking. Try to do good and be good to others. Happiness is the best way to stay healthy during lockdown. Be happy and be busy.
