Well, coming back to what’s so interesting story you like to read. It’s just because we don’t post YouTube videos currently or anymore funny clips in our posts. You just need to read.
Let’s begin: Once a married couple went to a restaurant. Nobody there and the restaurant was about to close, but both happy to sit all alone. No one to disturb them. Right? Well, the restaurant menu, handed to them.
Both look at it for sometime and for some more time. The lady says, “let’s start with these starters: chicken soup, chicken lollypops, green-salad, fried-fish and barbecued-prawns. “That’s all”, says her hubby. He says, “what would be the main-course, I mean, the meal”. She says that she’ll let him know later.
Interesting Story You Like or Shocked!
The waiter comes. Hubby, thinking that he would enjoy the food, which his wife ordered, gets alert too. The good all five starters. He orders. It’s also assured to them that every item will proceed one after the other, but will take time, and it’s closing time.
Both, delighted to wait for sometime to get what’s the first starter to come for them to enjoy. The green-salad, placed first. Both looking at each other. The waiter divides the green-salad for the hungry two.
They both slowly finish the green-salad, but they’ve to wait and wait for the next. Nothing more to taste. They look here and there. The waiter appears and he brings nothing. Both, surprised and shocked. But he by looking at their eyes, shows the bill to them.
They say. “We haven’t finished our meal and we’ve not made a call for the bill”. The waiter smilingly says, “just look at the bill sir and then it’s your wish”. He let’s them to think and decide, and so the waiter, leaves and comes back after sometime.
They look and they both raise their eyebrows. “Just the green-salad costing us $55 along with taxes (just too much)”. He quips. She also says. “What would be the total bill if we do finish, hmmm”. The hubby shakes his head and politely murmurs (Let’s have homemade food, let’s go from here).
He then, a bit loud, says to his wife. “Let’s do with the bill”. They pay $55, and leave. The waiter and the restaurant owner laugh and they say to each other. Sometimes, we need to do these tricks. We’ve nothing left. We can just earn something out of nothing, the green-salad, what we left with, and we sold it for just too much.
Lesson
Never go to a restaurant at the closing time or if no one there. Just avoid having fun all alone, outside your home. Wish others to be there too. Look, how much money we lose by doing this or that, to save some-more. To save some-more, we don’t invite one family by inviting so many other families. With those $55 on another day, you could be dining rich food. Why pay so much bill for so little? You have every reason to question (complaint).
