In small or big organizations or wherever you work for better prospects, there’s always tough situations you may face. Around the world, the work places not meant for people living around those work places. In other words, people from around the world work in any work place located in any part of the world.
New Work Place For Freshers
There might be some hurdles as you begin to execute your job responsibilities after getting hired. You get noticed as you try to work better and adjust in whatever vibrant atmosphere, the work place provides you. Your management may not bother about a few mistakes you have been doing initially. But, what about your colleagues? They will surely point out at your silly mistakes claiming that you are wrong and then start teasing you. Your colleagues behave as if they’re your best friends by guiding you to work hard in order to control you. Soon, you’ll surrender and follow their instructions and they begin to dominate you.
Challenge For Freshers Working
With their experience much better than you, your colleagues come hard on you to say few words every now and then. You’re new to them and they feel happy or much better if you become their follower. There’s every chance in any company or organization, where you start your work you find people around you working. Yes, you’ll find workers in different positions but workers like you, who have job responsibilities like you, are your colleagues.
You might not be as important to the company management to keep an eye over you every time because they already hired you. The management hired you for good and after knowing your abilities and knowledge even though you might be a fresher. Freshers are always in trouble these days in any work place. How to curb this menace needs some ideas.
As soon as you feel uncomfortable working with your experienced colleagues, the first thought comes in your mind is to leave. With all your efforts and hard work you got the job and it’s no good that you want to leave it because you get tortured. Tortured? This is the word not to be used but after been troubled everyday this word justifiably suitable for your situation.
Your attitude initially led you towards this position and you are tortured day after day. Thus, your body language, attitude and simplicity matters most. So, you need to be polite but speak less and listen more. Many communication skill experts feel that listening more is better than speaking more.
Be Good Listeners
What you need to do when after getting hired in a new organization depends upon your understanding of your co workers. So, feel at ease and don’t be friendly to begin with in understanding your co workers or colleagues. Just a few nods and a couple of words of your reply every time when there’s an encounter.
Self respect is most important and keep finishing your every project by talking less and listening more. Be happy and smile at times and avoid lengthy conversations. Just finish off listening to so and so and get back to resume your duty. This way as time passes by people around you want to listen to you and still there’s no need to speak more. This is because things are going in your favor as such you are working comfortably.
And the need never arises for you to speak more and let people know more about you. After you feel that you are experienced enough, you do what you want to.
