Femina Miss World contestant Manasa Varanasi planted a sapling in Hyderabad on Saturday at Indira Park. It was a part of the Green India Challenge launched by Rajya Sabha Member J. Santosh Kumar. Miss India World Manasa Varanasi recovered from Covid-19, recently. The Miss World competition postponed due to some other contestants also tested positive to Covid-19. The beauty pageant will be held in the month of March, 2022.
The decision taken after 17 contestants and staff members tested positive to COVID-19. Among those infected, Miss India World Manasa Varanasi also was tested positive. The crowned Miss India World 2020 will represent India at the international beauty pageant in the month of March. She’s the daughter of Ravi Shankar (Father) and Shailaja Varanasi (Mother). She will appear in the Miss World pageant rescheduled to be on March 16 2022. The Miss World Pageant postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Earlier, it was originally scheduled on Dec 16 2021.
