The world is beautiful. You need to live by avoiding hate, the food, which harms your heart, the pollution and so on. A morning walk of about 25 minutes keeps your heart healthy. Fresh air would be there during the morning hours, and so you should sleep early. There’s a lot you can do to let your heart feel happy for you this way by keeping things as simple as you can.
