It was a long 8 hour surgery. Indian fans along with many other fans around the world for Shoaib Akhtar feel the pain. “Don’t worry, I’m alright, but it will take at least three weeks to recover. Just pray for me. Keep me in your prayers”. Said Shoaib Akhtar from the hospital, immediately right before his surgery. At present, it was reported that, Shoaib Akhtar recovering slowly after the knees of both his legs experienced painful surgery.
Earlier, from the hospital Shoaib Akhtar used his YouTube channel to get connected with all his fans including his fans from India.

“Hopefully this will be my last surgery. Keep in your prayers. Please do lots of prayers for me. I have to play too, so I have to ensure my knees to be fit enough to play with kids”. Said Shoaib Akhtar after his surgery showing his knees to the fans.

Fans from India too, also prayed for him even though there’s an arch-rivalry between India and Pakistan. Shoaib Akhtar have experienced five surgeries previously and hopes that this surgery would be his last one for both his knees.
